Amaco LUG Aqua Brush-on Underglaze
Amaco Aqua Liquid Underglaze is a soft blue green that is very pastel at cone 05, becomes a much deeper blue green while fluxing into a soft glaze-like surface at cone 6, and ends up losing a lot of colours at cone 10. Though the underglaze does become glaze-like, a clear gloss glaze can give Aqua an impeccably smooth surface with good colour at cone 05 and cone 6 but can burn out some of the colour at cone 10.
- Easy to use in a broad firing range from 1040°C to 1220°C (cone 4/5)
- Also great for detailed painting, sgraffito, watercolour effects, wax resist, and Mishima decoration.
- LUG's may be brushed on wet clay, greenware, or on mature cone 04 bisqueware.

- Can be applied to unfired clay or bisque.
