How do you calculate your delivery costs?
Delivery charges will vary depending on the weight and value of your goods, our online shopping basket always clearly displays the relevant
postage options and costs for your current basket.

UK Carriage Charges:
Orders under 2kg £5.99
Orders over 2kg up to 20kg £9.99
Orders over 20kg up to 50kg £17.99
Orders over 50kg up to 100kg £32.99
Orders over 100kg up to 200kg £60.00
Orders over 200kg up to 500kg £98.00
Orders over 500kg up to 1000kg £120.00

Do you accept International Orders?
Potterycrafts welcomes orders from all over the world, and
currently deals with customers in over 70 countries.
International Carriage Charges:
European Orders (including the Channel Islands)
Orders Under 2kg in Weight: Carriage £ 19.99
Orders between 2kg and 20kg in weight: Carriage £ 49.99
Orders over 20kg in weight and up to 100kg: Carriage £ 79.99
We reserve the right to levy additional carriage charges
that we incur in the fulfilment of your delivery before dispatch. Delivery prices exclude any documentation or customs clearance costs.
Rest of World Orders
Orders Under 2kg in Weight: Carriage £ 39.99
Orders between 2kg and 20kg in weight: Carriage £ 129.99

For larger or heavier items, such as kilns, wheels, pugmills, and furniture, there may be specific requirements for delivery. Please call with your enquiry.
When will my order be despatched?
We aim to dispatch your order within 3-5 working days.
Please note that this will only apply to orders to UK addresses.
Please note some delivery options may not be available due to the contents, value, or weight of the items in your basket.
Can I order on-line and collect in store?
We offer a FREE Click & Collect from our store Potterycrafts & Tiranti, Campbell Road, Stoke-on-Trent, ST4 4ET.
· Step 1: As you checkout simply select COLLECT in the delivery method box.

2: Bring a copy of your order confirmation with you.

3: Your order will be ready to collect within 2-3 working days, we will notify you.
Collections are available Monday-Friday 10am – 4pm.

Potterycrafts & Tiranti would like to thank you for your custom and understand there may be circumstances where you need to return a product back to us. Our returns policy is set out below, we will always process returns according to this policy.
You the customer are responsible for return delivery costs unless the goods are deemed faulty or damaged.

The Customer must include their:
Name.
Account number.
Order number.
Stock code of the product they wish to return (this can be found on the paperwork received with your delivery),
All returns must have been purchased within our 14 days
return policy as displayed in our terms and conditions which can be viewed on our website.
If you have received an incorrect or damaged item, then please inform us immediately by email so we can rectify this.
Please include your account and order number (this can be found on the
paperwork received with your delivery). Also please include the stock code of the incorrect or damaged product.
