Amaco Potter's Choice Arctic Blue Brush-on Glaze
Amaco Arctic Blue is a beautiful, opaque light blue that has a smooth, consistent surface and breaks tan over texture. This glaze lends very well to layering with other Potter's Choice Glazes.
- Easy to use in a broad firing range from 1184°C to 1240°C (cone 5/6)
- Firing range apply 3 coats to bisk.
- Looks great on Amaco Celadon (3 coat/3 coat)
- Mixable colours for custom palette.
- Always test new glazes and combination glazes.
Good to know:
- Ready mixed brush-on glaze.
- Fire in an oxidation kiln.
- Works well over stoneware or porcelain clays.
- Non-toxic (lead-free)– Perfect for tableware. Please follow manufacturer instructions.
- Reduction effects in oxidation.
- Reactive.
