Botz Mountain Lake Stoneware Brush-on Glaze
Botz liquid brush-on stoneware 9869 mountain lake glassy cool shimmering water green with crystalline fine cracks. The glaze has an excellent surface quality, 1220°– 1280°C simply perfect to create tableware items.
- Apply 2-3 coats (better with 3 coats). For best results allow the glaze to dry for a day before firing.
- Ideal firing temperature 1250°C / holding time: 30 min and stable in the firing range 1220°-1280°C.
- At 1220°C not quite smooth surface, intense turquoise tone.
- At 1250°C smooth surface with deep cracks, beautiful celadon clay.
- At 1280°C even more glassy and slightly greenish, tends to run slightly.
