EuroCast 6 Fast Cast Polyurethane Resin Kit

EuroCast 6 (FastCast) - Polyurethane Resin 2 component, fast-cast system with universal binder-filled, very quick-curing.

Off-white filled PU resin with medium viscosity, low shrinkage, easy to process.

Mixing Ratio by weight = 5:1 (100 grams Part A: 20 grams Part B).

Applications:

• Production of negatives/positives
• Universally for all kinds of moulds and patterns

• Demouldable (at 25 °C): 4-5mm 20minutes, 30-40mm 15minutes

• Flexural strength (DIN 53452): 32 MPa
• Bending elongation (DIN 53452): 1.5 %

Mix the Part A thoroughly before measuring the desired amount - always mix by weight. Carefully add the appropriate amount of Part B qnd then stir the two components together before pouring into the mould. Pot Life (at 18 degrees C) 4 mins (at 25 degrees C) 2-3 min Always ensure that the moulds are free from moisture and that you use an appropriate spray release agent such as PUR 400, demoldable approx. 30 minutes from pouring (at 25 degrees C).
