Potterycrafts Plain Throwing Batt no Holes
The no holes batt pin throwing batt has been designed for pottery wheels with batt pin bolts in the wheel head. They come with batt pin bolt holes drilled to fit over your batt pin bolts. However, they are only drilled halfway through the batt - meaning that the bolt is 'hidden'. This means you do not get batt pin bolt marks in the base of your pottery. With this design of Batt, you can throw on the whole area of the Batt and achieve a flat smooth base with NO Batt pin marks.
The throwing batts is manufactured using 9mm Premium MDF material. This material has superior water and warp resistance quality and is super smooth.
