Amaco Potter's Choice Blue Spark Brush-on Glaze
Amaco Blue Spark is a glossy, royal blue glaze which develops small triangular dark gray metallic crystals that make this glaze look like lapis lazuli. This opaque glaze does not break over texture. For best results apply three even brush coats. Glaze may run.
- Easy to use in a broad firing range from 1184°C to 1240°C (cone 5/6)
- Firing range apply 3 coats to bisk.
- Looks great on Amaco Celadon (3 coat/3 coat)
- Mixable colours for custom palette.
- Always test new glazes and combination glazes.
Good to know:
- Ready mixed brush-on glaze.
- Fire in an oxidation kiln.
- Works well over stoneware or porcelain clays.
- Non-toxic (lead-free)– Perfect for tableware. Please follow manufacturer instructions.
