Amaco Potter's Choice Iron Yellow Brush-on Glaze
Amaco Iron Yellow is a glossy, soft yellow glaze with flecks of iron, that is relatively opaque and breaks clear over texture. Excellent as a liner glaze for pots where the goal is to show off the decorations on the outside of the vessel.
- Apply 3 coats, do not thin glaze.
- Works well over stoneware or porcelain clays.
- Fire at Cone 5-6.
- 1180-1241°C firing temperature.

- Achieve traditional high fire reduction looks in your Cone 5-6 electric kiln.
- These leadfree glazes are AP NON-TOXIC and can be safely sprayed and used on dinnerware. Please follow manufacturer instructions.
- The PC Series glazes look beautiful and authentic.
- Designed with the potter in mind! Add fluid colours and effects to smooth or textured ware, with optimal results at Cone 5/6.
- Simple to apply for both beginners and advanced potters.
