Botz 4300 Unidekor Colours Set of 6
The newly developed range of brush on decorating colours that are easy to use, can be diluted with water and be mixed with each other to allow fantastic flexibility for nearly every ceramic decorating technique. BOTZ Unidekor Liquid underglaze or decorating colours, 1000°–1250°C, available in pots of 30ml.
Porcelain painting. When decorating porcelain apply enough colour. Fire at min. 1200°C. Alternatively apply a thin coat of 9106 Transparent and fire at 1080°C.
Majolica technique. Apply BOTZ Unidekor to the dry glaze using a decoration brush (here BOTZ 9108 Transparent matt).
BOTZ Unidekor is ideal for the decoration of biscuit fired unglazed pottery or biscuit tiles. Apply the slightly diluted colours like water paint. Possibly create a few colour highlights on top. When the colour is dry, apply a thin layer of Transparent with a soft brush. Fire at 1050°C
Relief Unidekor is a great substitute for manganese dioxide which is hazardous to health. Simply apply and then wipe the upper surface with a slightly damp cloth.
To stencil with BOTZ Unidekor, choose a thin stencil and stipple the colour into the gaps two or three times. Lift the stencil off after the colour has dried and glaze over the decorated area carefully with a soft brush using transparent glaze. BOTZ Unidekor sprayed onto porcelain and fired with Transparent at 1080°C gives a wonderfully smooth dishwasher-resistant surface. Experiment with BOTZ Unidekor! They adapt to every firing temperature and every glaze and make your ideas glow.
