Botz Deep Blue Stoneware Brush-on Glaze

Botz liquid brush-on stoneware 9881 deep blue is a shiny glaze with light effects. Irregular application achieves bright running effects.

The glaze has an excellent surface quality, 1220°– 1280°C simply perfect to create tableware items.

• Apply 2-3 coats (better with 3 coats). For best results allow the glaze to dry for a day before firing.
• Ideal firing temperature 1250°C / holding time: 30 min and stable in the firing range 1220°-1280°C.
• At 1220°C beautiful blue with small effects.
• At 1250° bright blue with light effects, green ground with a thin application.
• At 1280°C the effects become particularly beautiful at 1280°C, with very thin application and on edges the glaze becomes strongly green ground.
