

Botz Travertine Stoneware Brush-on Glaze
Botz liquid brush-on stoneware 9899 travertine is a glossy, ochre-coloured stoneware glaze with blue-green effects.
The glaze has an excellent surface quality, 1220°– 1280°C simply perfect to create tableware items.
- Apply 2-3 coats (better with 3 coats). For best results allow the glaze to dry for a day before firing.
- Ideal firing temperature 1250°C / holding time: 30 min and stable in the firing range 1220°-1280°C.
- At 1220°C silky matt, slightly greenish ochre-yellow glaze with very fine effects.
- At 1250° silky glossy glaze with a beautiful play of colours of predominantly ochre with cream and blue effects, translucent terracotta orange with a very thin application.
- At 1280°C silky gloss with a particularly beautiful play of ochre and blue green. For very thin application and translucent terracotta orange on edges.
