Duncan E-Z Stroke Cobblestone Liquid Underglaze
Duncan E-Z Strokes Cobblestone Translucent Underglazes can be used to achieve many forms of decoration including air brushing and antiquing. Applied similar to watercolour, a single layer of colour is all you need for most design work. E-Z Strokes are also the preferred underglaze colour medium for outlining and detailing, including eyes, personalizing with names and dates, and accenting design work. Additional layers may be added for shading and depth of colour.
- Firing range of 1040-1240°C Cone 04 to Cone 6.
- E-Z Strokes work well with low and high fire, up to Cone 5-6 and some to Cone 10, as high-fire results vary, we recommend firing a test piece.
- For Majolica, apply E-Z Strokes design work over unfired White Satin Glaze. E-Z Strokes are fragile when unfired. When the water dries out of the pigment, there are no binders in place until it is fired.
- E-Z colours are food safe when properly covered with a suitable lead-free glaze.
