Mayco Stoneware Pink Gloss Brush-on Glaze

Mayco’s SW-511 Pink Gloss Brush-on Glaze is a glossy, opaque, medium pink glaze that is highly pigmented and formulated for stable design work at midrange temperatures and above cone 6 oxidation. Cone 10 glaze breaks over texture. Glaze remains stable.

Stoneware Gloss Glazes can be used in design, all over coverage and are the ideal product for intermix ability at mid-range and high-fire temperatures. The integrity of your design will remain unchanged as these glazes are incredibly stable and will not move or combine with surrounding colours. 

Good to know:

• Mayco's Stoneware glazes are formulated to be friendly to the user in application and firing.
• This glaze is stable, even with heavy application. Can be mixed with other Stoneware Gloss glazes (SW-500 series) to produce additional stable and opaque colours. Layer design work with other Stoneware Gloss series colours to create crisp images that won’t blur or require a clear glaze.
• Non-toxic (lead-free)– Perfect for tableware. Please follow manufacturer instructions.
• Designed to fire to cone 6 (approx. 1230°C.)
• Successfully used at cone 10, oxidation or reduction
• Glazes will move to create interest and visual appeal without running off your ware and ruining your kiln shelves.
