Noris Blattgold No11 Agate Burnisher
Agate polishing stones are semi-precious stones that consist of certain silica-containing materials. There are different colorations of agate. For gilding work, dense, uniformly structured agates are used, which are set in metal clamps. The polishing stones are suitable for all leaf metals that can be processed using the poliment technique. The surface of the stone must be peeled off, i.e. matted, before polishing. Since the polishing stones are very delicate, it is recommended to store them in our insert case so that they cannot be scratched or damaged.
