Tiranti Liquid Hardener
Tiranti Catalyst for use with all our polyester resins. Liquid Hardener is an Organic Peroxide called Methyl Ethyl Ketone Peroxide. The small Hardener bottles have dropper fittings in the neck and calibrations on the sides so that it is possible to measure small or large amounts. (Bottle is sealed with wax, which can be removed before use)
Resins and Hardeners work best when the amounts are calculated by weight, the amount of catalyst needed is from 1-2% depending on the project, for smaller and thinner pieces use the higher percentage of catalyst.
